The staff is very friendly,
The staff is very friendly, and his English is also pretty fluent. The hotel supplies 24h kitchen, so visitors won't suffer from hungriness at any time while staying in this hotel. It's not far from Seoul Station, and while walking toward the hotel from exit No.12 of Seoul Station, the beautiful scenery of N. Seoul Tower can also be seen. There are many restaurants near the hotel, and there are public rental bicycles (called "Bike Seoul") near exit No.12 of Seoul Station, so staying in this hotel is pretty convenient.

Owner Jay is really nice and helpful with all the problems I have encountered during the trip. :)
I usually woke up late during the trip and the kitchen area is always opened which made it convenient for me. I enjoyed the full day self-serve breakfast in a cozy space a lot. It's also close to Incheon airport.

Under a 5 minute walk to both the subway and bus stops. Good variety of food for breakfast. Although the room was small, it was very clean. There is a washer/dryer available for use at no charge.
Wish the room would have been a little bigger. Also, there is no closet.

Communication was very easy with Jay, because his English is excellent and he was very responsive to my messages. When I arrived, he came out to meet me. My friend was with me, because she couldn't find her hostel and needed help. He called her hostel to get the proper directions, walked with her down the street to help her catch a taxi, and even sent me a message letting me know that he had called to make sure she arrived safely. I was very impressed with his customer service, especially since she wasn't even his customer! What impressed me the most was the thoughtfulness that he has for each of his guests to make their stay the best it can be. I had asked for a few extra pillows (at the time of my trip I was 8 months pregnant) and to my surprise, he had washed and dried his wife's own pregnancy pillow for me to use during my stay. I was very touched by his gesture and it made my sleep so much more comfortable! The hostel is very close to Seoul Station, about 5 minutes walking to Exit 12, so that was very convenient for me. From the outside, the property itself is nothing special. But when you go inside, it's very charming, clean, and comfortable. I also felt safe during my time here. The front door has a passcode to enter (which Jay quizzed me on a few times to make sure I remembered it haha) and the door to each private room has its own lock with a passcode that you set up when you arrive, so it is extra secure. The kitchen is stocked with various foods for breakfast, such as bread, eggs, jam, cereal, milk, coffee, etc.. which I really appreciated (as an always hungry pregnant woman haha). The rooms are small, but very comfortable with everything you need, such as an outlet adapter, plenty of clean towels, and very nice toiletries. The AC worked great, and the bed was very comfortable and clean. All in all, I will most definitely stay here again. It exceeded my expectations, and Jay's customer service is second to none. I was sad to...
I wish I could have stayed longer. :(
